Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a structured process that helps people (on a one-on-one basis) enhance their skills, knowledge and abilities to effectively engage in interpersonal conflict. It is a voluntary and confidential process that focuses on each individual's conflict management goals.

Conflict coaching was developed by Cinnie Noble who, after twenty years in the conflict management field, noticed certain patterns emerge, as people engage in and work toward resolving conflict. It has been used to assist people experiencing internal, interpersonal, family and workplace conflicts with astounding success.

The process assumes that each person holds the answers and solutions to their own conflicts. The coach's role is to help access those insights and solutions, by helping you understand your typical responses to conflict, what 'pushes your buttons', and how you can realistically plan the next stages.
